• You, as a customer understand that flowers are seasonal and flowers pictured maybe replaced with other seasonal fresh cut flowers as close to the type of flower, colour and quality as used in the image.
• You, as a customer understand every florist supplier we work with my have containers and basket that vary, and the we aim to try to match it to the picture as close as possible. But this may not always be the case to have it be an exact match.
  
  You may return most unsatisfied floral designs within 24hrs of delivery for a full refund, if approved by our Management Office. We'll also pay the return delivery costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  
  You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your flowers to the return deliver, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the deliver ,the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
  
  If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

  We can ship to virtually any address in Australia including Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane, Queensland, Darwin, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to Australian destinations.
  
  When you place an order, we will estimate delivery and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the delivery provider you choose, delivery date estimates may appear on the delivery quotes page.
