DELIVERY  TIMES AND GUIDELINES

Delivery Charge

• The delivery charge on all orders is AUD $9.90. The delivery fee is automatically added to your order once you have finalised the ordering process. You will be advised of the delivery charge before your on-line order is finalised. In the rare event the delivery address is outside the normal courier zones, or should you require an urgent delivery, you will be contacted immediately to discuss any additional fee that may be necessary.

Weekday Deliveries

• Orders received before 2 p.m. local time will be delivered the same day if requested.
• All orders received after 2 p.m. local time may be delivered the next working day depending on courier availability.
• Also please take into consideration there is daylight saving in some states during summer in Australia.

Saturday Deliveries

• All orders received before 11 a.m. on Saturdays will be delivered the same day as requested otherwise they will be delivered the next working day.

Sundays and Public Holidays

• As a general rule we DO NOT deliver on Sundays & Public Holidays unless specifically arranged and agreed to with us in advance.

Delivery Timing

• For deliveries outside our standard delivery times specified above, in the event that our staff cannot contact you, our staff will decide for you the best time for sending your flowers. This may be before or after the requested date to ensure that your flowers are received at the most suitable time. All orders received after the cut off times are not guaranteed to be delivered same day.

• Deliveries to commercial and business addresses will be made during business hours, funeral directors will be contacted to confirm the appropriate time for delivery.  Deliveries to residential addresses MAY be made outside business hours, as this is generally the most convenient time for the recipient.
